Cannot Read License File

This weekend we had a big crash on our server. So we changed motherboard, cpu and moved partition on the drive. Now we can't access our WHM / cPanel always getting " Cannot Read License File " What we tried so far: /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt --force Updating cPanel license...Done. Update Failed! Error message: The cPanel license server replied that the license has been activated on too many machines (600). Please contact billing@cpanel.net The exact message was: The license has been activated too many times on different machines. (XXXXXXXXXX) Deleting our licence from OVH (partner of cPanel) Buying a new licence from OVH retried /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt --force Verified our licence through
