    If you need to change your tenant domain or find information on it you'd need to contact the provider for this service. Find your Microsoft 365 tenant ID - OneDrive

    So for the txt file you need to change it where DNS for the domain is hosted. If it's hosted locally (i.e., your nameservers are pointed to your server) you can go to cPanel>>Domains>>Zone Editor and modify the TXT record.

    okay so for azure portal i cant change my ns server im using a .onmicrosoft.com

    From what I understand of the Azure portal it automatically retrieves your NS records Tutorial: Host your domain and subdomain - Azure DNS So it's going to pull whatever those are set to once propagation is complete if you want to host your DNS In Azure DNS. You wouldn't need to do any of this with the Azure server on cPanel if you just point your domain to the server's NS which you create within cPanel.
