questions about php-fpm an load

hi, i want to know more about php-fpm. I have my dedicated server wih cloudlinux and php-fpm on demand maxchildren 5 timeout10 maxrequests 20 Recently i have more load specially on cpu. the server is around > 2.8 . in cloudlinux snapshots i have some accounts triggering limits. Opening cloudlinux shapshots i have php-fpm process each consuming cpu, like this:

the limit cpu in cloudlinux is 100% this is only more traffic? the maximum number of master php-fpm process can be set ?any suggestion for tunung? thanks for help
