    Hello, And it looks like they were able to resolve the issue already too! It looks as though you were using an IP address associated with an unofficial mirror which may have custom configurations or be missing updates.

    Hello, Yes, the problem has been solved, many thanks to the Cpanel team, just to detail the solution, I add the comment of the technician who was assigned the ticket: Customize Your Installation | cPanel & WHM Documentation (super importante la referencia - super important the technical reference) *------------------- The problem came down to the IP that the updates were trying to use, which was 999.00.00.99(no real ip). Looking into this deeper, this IP is not a cPanel IP address used for updates, but an IP for cpanel-mirror.serverprovider.com (no real provider) HTTPUPDATE=999.00.00.99 (no real ip) *------------------- The server was trying to upgrade from a custom installation by the server provider. The original file was renamed to cpsources.conf.bak and voila, problem solved :)
