Cant Create new account

Cant create new account and it was working fine with the last few years. Its happened after the latest updation.

  Hi, Do you want to use dedicated IP address for the created account, or? If yes - then it sounds as you don't have any available IP addresses left. You can add more in the "Add new IP Address" page. If no - Have you checked "Dedicated IP" in the chosen package?
