disk usage

hello Sir/Ma'am, I am Rahul Sharma from meerut city, India and I own a news website, which is running slow for some time and I am in the search of a solution. During my research for issues, I found that my godaddy cpanel shows that . Thats my problem, I want to know, if i have been given 27.68 GB of disk space for my sql then how can I enable more space out of this quota to mysql database that shows full used (100% used) here?
