Problem activating whmcs license

Hi Everyone I purchased a license but it has not been activated and is now paused. Please respond as soon as possible

  Hi, You "just" purchased KernelCare, you'd need also a cPanel license. It's in the cPanel store too :)

  Yea, I don't see a cPanel license present for that IP on cPanel & WHM License Verification | cPanel, L.L.C. just a 15-day test which expired yesterday. Please feel free to open a ticket with Customer Service or email them here: cs@cpanel.net to resolve this.

  I would suggest contacting cs@cpanel.net for issues related to this. We can't tell you why the license was expired prior to the expiration date.
