Recreate account
Hi,
I had some trouble with a new email account and I then decided to start all over and deleted the account to start from scratch.
Now when I want to create this again I get this error even though I just deleted the whole account:
Error: The system failed to create the user: A record of the type "sub" named "dennis" at the domain already exists.
Not sure what this "sub" is but I have looked around and cannot find any records matching this.
Any input is greatly appreciated.

Hello, There is an open case on this behavior and a workaround as noted here: The workaround is as follows: [QUOTE] 1. Open cPanel >> User Manager. 2. Delete the email user that you previously removed and are attempting to create again. 3. Browse to cPanel >> Email Accounts and create the email account.
Looking at the internal case it looks like the issue is resolved in v90 of cPanel & WHM which is currently in the EDGE Tier0 -
