Move FTP account from Cpanel to Cpanel?

Hi, I need to move the FTP account from one cpanel to another cpanel. Problem is the passwords for these account have been lost and they don't want to change passwords so I can't move them manually. How can I move FTP account with setting to another cpanel? Or where can I find the passwords so I can manually moved them? Thank you for your time Kim
