File Manager Download downloads automatically

Hi, everybody! Until a few days ago, when I downloaded a file, cPanel used to ask WHERE I wanted to download it. Suddenly, it began to download the files to the default download directory and open them using Notepad++. I searched all the options, and I couldn't disable this behaviour. How can I make cPanel to ask me once again where I want to download the selected file? NOTE: sometimes I use filezila and THERE Notepad++ is configured as the default editor.

  This isn't a cPanel setting it's your local machine's setting for behavior when you download a file. Usually associated with Windows.

  THANKS A LOT! It seems it was Chrome the responsible for this behaviour. Just cannot figure out what I did, but I was able to restore the previous options.
