Hi Team,
Got a new AWS VPS Cloud Solution that I am assisting a client with and their IT team have locked the server down VERY well from a security group point of view.
Keep getting the errors as per attached. Any help would be great so I can pass onto the IT team.

Probably port 53 is closed hence you can't resolv that DNS entry. 0 -
Port 53 is a very likely suggestion, if you're having DNS query issues globally you may also want to check the nameservers added to /etc/resolv.conf0
