Unable to Restore Account from Backup

We have been unable to restore our accounts from backup. We receive the following error. Could not restore account "xxxx": The "PostgreSQL" server is currently unavailable because of an error: The system failed to connect to the "PostgreSQL" database "postgres" because of an error: connection_failure (could not connect to server: No such file or directory

Is the server running locally and accepting

connections on Unix domain socket "/tmp/.s.PGSQL.5432"?) Any help would be appreciated.

  Sounds like you do not have Postresql installed on the server you are restoring to.
