Database users not listed in "Convert Addon Domain to Account" tool

Trying to separate out some sub-accounts. When I get to the section to select the database user, only one of about 40 is listed. The others are all valid database users for this cpanel account. I am confused... Please advise

  I ended up opening a support ticket. Looks like multiple things are messed up regarding this tool, on this server.

  ID #93555470 Turns out that was just the first problem. Once we got the database users showing, it still would not include them or the databases in the conversion. Apparently a known bug, which really stinks, because not I have to create the databases manually, and copy all the contents. 40 times over.
