Kernel Care installed but WHM show me this message

The last week I installed Kernel Care. The OS is Centos 7.8 and It is full updated. This week, WHM show this message. Why? Any idea? Thanks.

  Hi, KernelCare "just" handles updates/patches to the kernel - not server software updates. You can check which services requires a restart by running needs-restarting
  and from that decide if a full server reboot is required or it's enough to just restart the services listed.
