Service Pending and Web Service UP, but the website cannot be accessed
Hello everyone.
Please help, I am having a problem where my Web Service is in UP Condition, but the website cannot be accessed as follows.
The solution that I use is to restart the web service. But after restarting the Web Service it becomes Pending in service status, as follows
Please help to solve this problem completely, because it is very annoying if every day you have to restart the service and get the same problem.

I have run commands to restart such Httpd service, but the next day again I had the same problem and it required me to restart the web service every day. I found logs like the following, is this the cause? Please, please help0 -
