    Sounds as some of your hosted sites are infected by mailware... the abuse report didn't tell you which source/domain the abuse originated from? MAYBE a mailware scanning can find something - you could try the ImunifyAV that is now free/included in cPanel. It will only find known malware checksums.. but worth a try.

    Malware scanning is definitely what you'd want to start with, there's ImmunifyAV as @Michael Svendsen mentioned, there's also ClamAV or other software like Linux Malware Detect which perform this task. If you are not comfortable performing these actions, I would recommend you work with your system administrator to ensure the integrity of your system. If you do not have a system administrator, you may be able to find assistance at System Administration Services.
