Issues with Yandex mobile app or any other email client moving messages to spam folder?

Hello, I was wondering if any of you ever had problems with Yandex or any other email mobile apps that may be moving emails from the inbox folder to the spam one. I have the impression that one of my customers is have such a problem but don't how to detect it from the exim log files. Any suggestion?
