Logging into cPanel
Strange problem
i can log into my cPanel account on one laptop (mac) but the other one I use will not accept the username or password. the username and password are the same as the login in to my host account.
Unfortunately the one that won"t tske the log in is mine and I"m just borrowing the other until this is sorted.
Any idea what might be going on and how I could fix it.

Are you connected to the same network on both laptops? It sounds as though the network you're connecting from on your own is blocked or the IP address your laptop has is. You'd want to contact your provider about this as they'd be able to manage any issues with connectivity to their servers. 0 -
Yes its the same network, Ive tried different browsers as well. I have been in touch wth the provider as well with no success. Would it have anything to do with the laptop I am using not being connected to icloud? My own is and it was the laptop I used to take out the subscription. I will try the provider again, thank you for replying 0 -
It shouldn't have anything to do with your icloud account. I'm sorry, there shouldn't be anything keeping you from being able to access by default. The only thing I can think of is either the IP address is being blocked or there is a username/password issue. Both of these should be pretty simple for the provider to address. 0 -

I didn't think of checking the IP address thanks for your help0
