Can't login, can't reset password so i can't pay my subscription

I can't login to my account on cpanel.net, because of that. I can't pay my subscription. When i try to reset my password. I don't receive a email to reset it. When i make a new account i can't take a new subscription on the server ip until 4 weeks from now. I'm totally locked out and need a solution fast. Please help. Server ip ipaddress. Please if possible contact me

  You can always email cs@cpanel.net if you're unable to remember your login for the store.

  I was a costumer @ buycpanel.net and somehow my account didn't transfer correctly. But I will mail them Thanks
