Modifying the "Provide alternate email" auto generated email

Hello world. We would like to modify the auto generated email that is sent to the new email accounts after we select " Provide alternate email ". This email sends a very boring, generic email to the new user. We would like to modify that email to provide the user with the SMTP, POP3, IMAP and other important information about their new account. How do we do this? I thank you in advance for your assistance.
