A fatal error or timeout occurred - unrecognised host
When I go to
Install and Manage SSL for your site (HTTPS)
And click the link I get.
"A fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive".
Show gives me
Template::Exception:

The website "yourname.domain.com" has been uninstalled, as far as I know, all its files have been deleted.
I am on a windows machine using Putty for SSH but I am a novice at coding and do not know how to look for and delete any rogue code which may be causing this.
I've read threads on similar errors but can't find a fix I understand.
I probably need a walkthrough:)
Any help would be welcome as until I fix this I can't update any SSL certs (which I do manually)

Hi @fortiswick It looks like you may not have root access to the server in that case? If you don't you would need to contact your provider for further assistance. 0 -
I have shared hosting with go, daddy, so no root access. Is this something which would need to be sorted by Godaddy or by Cpanel? I don't want to spend hours on the phone with go daddy only to have them refer me to Cpanel Which one should I raise a support ticket with? 0 -
OK. raised a ticket with Godaddy, no info yet but if they fix it and give me the details I will post it here. 0 -
OK Fixed, but no info from Godaddy as to what the issue was or how they fixed it. 0
