    Hi @fingerprn, The following points describe how you can undo changes that EasyApache FileProtect makes for a user's directories:
    • Sets the user"s /home/username/ directory to 0755 permissions.
    • Sets the user"s /home/username/public_html directory Group ID to the username user and 0755 permissions.

    Thanks, but I already tried that. I manually changed the permissions to 0755, and it worked for a few days, but then it went right back to 0750.

    You can't disable FileProtect for one account, at least not permanently. It will automatically be reverted as you've already discovered. Documentation on it can be found here: The EasyApache 4 FileProtect Option | cPanel & WHM Documentation
