Received huge old email forward newly with .doc attachment from different email account

Hello Some client complain that they are receiving old email forward newly with .doc attachment from different email account. mostly use country domain address. same problem at different domain and the server.

  Are these all coming from a different account or are they coming from the same account? Based on the header there it looks like that attachment was sent with authentication by that user's email account. There are really only two simple ways to go about this: - Block that domain from sending to you - Block .doc attachments - Create an attachment size limit though this attachment doesn't seem to be too incredibly large at around 240kb per the screenshot.

  Thanks lLauren i have already block those email address. but everyday received mail from new address. If i block .doc them other client may complain.
