Is there an NDN threshold that will put a hold on the account?
I have a few businesses including my own that send out mass emails with invoices and notifications and keep getting their accounts put on hold. I've set everything that I found to accommodate the volume. There are admittedly a large number of bad email addresses in the lists used. Is there a NDN threshold that trips the hold?

I'm not sure about threshold but you absolutely will get flagged as spam or rejected if you aren't following bulk-sender guidelines for mass emails. Most major email service providers put out a list of these guidelines and they should be adhered to if you want your mail to be delivered. Google's can be found here for example: You also should be aware of the CAN-SPAM Act and Unsubscription requests. 0 -

It can, but that configuration would be something that you would have had to select. You can view these setting at WHM>>Server Configuration>>Tweak Settings -> Mail 0 -
I think that is it. Thank you! G 0
