is it possible to create email in old date ?

Hello everyone i have very very important email that ware removed some how.. and im trying to find away to create a mail just like the old mail in one account and i fix the date and any info there such attachments etc.. so what is the way to do this .. ?

  To clarify, you're trying to recreate an email that no longer exists by hand?
