Restrict forwarding specific mails

Hi guys, Please is there a way I can do restriction on forwarder? Like if a specific email address mails are being forwarded to a third party like gmail or yahoo, is there a way I can restrict the mails that will drop in the third party app and those that shouldn't drop there?
