Hi Hentie, I see you're a Website Owner so you should contact your hosting provider and they will be able to assist you further. If it is Wordfence which is causing an issue, they can disable the plugin. 0 -
I thought wordfence only covered the WordPress installation? If you activated wordfence's 2FA I wouldn't think it would have any bearing on your access to cPanel. Again though I'd second @ZenHostingTravis's suggestion to contact your provider. 0 -

Correct it does only cover WordPress, however there is a chance he is trying to login to his cPanel via website.com/cPanel which probably gets run through WordFence. 1. If you are seeing a warning when visiting your cPanel, simply use their "Unblock" feature to whitelist your IP. 2. If you have FTP access you can login and go to /wp-content/plugins/ and rename the wordfence folder from wordfence to wordfencex and it will disable the plugin. You might also have to delete the wordfence-waf.php file in your WordPress root folder. 3. You could setup a DNS record of "cpanel.websitename.com" and point it to your servers IP (if using cloudflare disable the cloud on this DNS rule) and then visit cpanel.websitename.com to login to cPanel.0
