Connect Wixsite to cPanel without messing up Email server

I have made a Wix Site and I would like to connect it to a domain that is attached to a website (naturally removing this old website) hosted here on cPanel. There are no clear instructions for this so I wanted help with it. Moreover, I read somewhere that it can cause problems to your email servers on Cpanel, so I want to avoid that as well.
