Manually copy backup files to Google Drive

Is there a way to manually copy the backup files to google drive? I setup an additional destination but somehow, not all files are being transferred.

  I would personally try to check the log /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup/

  I would second this advice from @CarlosManceraK - it's best to identify the cause of the issue. There is not a way to manually move the backups to GoogleDrive from the server so you'd have to manually download them then upload them to the drive.

  Agree with you ,this is the logical solution, you can download it, the you can upload it using CLI (Robocopy or Azcopy) or GUI tools(GoodSync or Gs Richcopy 360) .
