Hi, I'm trying to unpack WordPress site files in zip format, process window is stuck, of ftp connection I see files don't change.

  Looks like you don't have root access on the server. I suggest you to reach out to your provider to assist or try it again :)

  @andrew.n is correct without access to the server we wouldn't be able to tell you what is causing it to be stuck. You need to discuss this with your hosting provider further for assistance.
