No database restore with Transfert tool beetween two cpanel v90.0.5

Hi, I have an problem when I try to transfert an account from a cpanel V90.0.5 to another one V90.0.5 ... when transfert finished, the status is complete without error, the database in the account created, but no data into :( How I can debug to find where is the error ? Regards

  Ok, I found the problem ... it's a password issue : I had to put validate_password_policy=LOW in /etc/my.cnf because the mysql passwords are not strong enough :( ... But it's strange that I don't receive an error with the transfert tool ...

  Most of the times it has happened to me is because the old server has a lower mysql version than the new server.

  for this case, it's just the security level which was too high on the new server ;) mysql version are the same ...
