SSL and Cloudfare

Hi, excuse for asking this question I am quite aware that many posts discuss such topics. But for clarity I am interested in asking a few questions for better informed decsions. Cloudfare offers a free tier wherby a cpanel server can make use of their CDN. I am reading that there is an issue with AUTO SSL cPANEL provisions to before mentioned host whereby due to ip mismatch disavows the validity of the SSL, the solution is too use a commercial SSL cert. Is this the case or autossl functions well with cloudfare? Also is this pertinent to autossl and can be solved by using LetsEncrypt? Thanks excuse for repeated questions, glad to read more.
