[Error] Https redirect is not available because your server is not configured to support it

I'm trying enable the HTTPS redirect on cpanel -> Home -> Domain, but it's disabled with this message: "HTTPS Redirect is not available because your server is not configured to support it." How to can I configure my server to support this feature?

  Does the site have a valid ssl certificate installed and mod rewrite module enabled in apache?

  Thank you so much for your response....and I already checked the mod-rewrite module is enabled and also valid SSL certificate installed...but still this problem is not solved.   I'd suggest you contact your hosting provider. They'll be able to let you know further details about why this isn't a supported feature for you.
