CSF Restart Error

Running a CENTOS 7.8 xen (cPanel v90.0.5) VPS. The lfd is constantly down, so I restarted lfd but... lfd -r Error: You have an unresolved error when starting csf. You need to restart csf successfully before starting lfd (see /etc/csf/csf.error)
So, I decided to restart csf, but... csf -r lfd will restart csf within the next 5 seconds *ERROR*: Country Code Lookups setting MM_LICENSE_KEY must be set in /etc/csf/csf.conf to continue using the MaxMind databases *WARNING* PT_USERKILL should not normally be enabled as it can easily lead to legitimate processes being terminated, use csf.pignore instead
So, I look up the error log and... Error: iptables command [/sbin/iptables -A UDPFLOOD -p udp -m owner --uid-owner 0 -j RETURN] failed, at line 2921 in /usr/sbin/csf
So, I looked this up... /usr/sbin/csf You have an unresolved error when starting csf: Error: iptables command [/sbin/iptables -A UDPFLOOD -p udp -m owner --uid-owner 0 -j RETURN] failed, at line 2921 in /usr/sbin/csf You need to restart csf successfully to remove this warning, or delete /etc/csf/csf.error
I cannot restart csf and I am at a loss as to what this error/warning is when I attempt to restart csf? Or... how do I delete /etc/csf/csf.error?

    It seems to have corrected itself, as I ran... rm -f /etc/csf/csf.error
    ...and now the lfd has restarted. As I am new to running this VPS so, though I do know basics, I am still on a learning curve with this. I do not know what an "MM key" is and I have never touched the csf.conf file. This VPS has been running since Jan 2020 and was set up by the host's techs before I took over; and I have not done anything except some minor tweaking. Though the lfd, and the spamd, does go down occasionally, and come back up within 4-5 minutes, this is the first time I have encountered this. Though the situation seems to have fixed itself, if there are no further suggestions as to why this error occured, I would consider this thread resolved.
