No Network after reboot on Fresh Install

    Hi Looks like it's an issue with Centos7. On a new bare Centos7.6 minimal install, if I disable NetworkManager, check ifcfg-ens192 and ifcfg-lo and "NM_CONTROLLED=no" is not in the config, but "ONBOOT=yes" is, then start network.servce, enable it and reboot, the bare centos7 install has the same issue.

    Sorry. Totally my issue. Had the wrong Submask when I changed from DHCP to Static. :mad:
