FTP options do not appear on my cPanel

Hello, I am making the first settings to access my newly installed cPanel on an AWS EC2 instance. When I looked for the FTP account management option, to my surprise it didn't exist. Then I accessed the User Manager page, in the FTP option the message "Service Disabled" is displayed. Is there any configuration to enable these options? I am the root user of WHM. I attached here the image of how the options appear.

  I found that in the new versions of cPanel FTP comes disabled. I was unaware of this information because the other accommodations I worked on used older versions. The article that explains this is as follows:
