How is the license upgraded?

Hello, I have a plan to purchase Admin license first, and test with Cloud Linux 7 server. When it goes well after one week, I will upgrade it to "up to 100 accounts" Premier license. In this case, do I have to cancel Admin license first with losing the remained 3 weeks and purchase Premier license again ? If so, do I have to activate cPanel license with Premier's one again, and configure the WHM including tweak settings from the first? Thank you.
