I assume we are not able to view the status of internal cases. Can I get an update to this case?

You are correct that you can not. A long time ago, cPanel had a public bug tracker, but that is long gone. 0 -
Hi @AndyX Sorry about that ticket being in a place that you couldn't respond to it. We recently made some big changes to the layout of the forums and that was done to keep people from posting in older forums until I can move those out of there and into their correct (new) locations. I went ahead and moved that one for you and you should be able to respond to it and update it now. 0
