Separate backups from single file

Hi everyone! This is my first thread here so sorry if im not clear enough. I have a backup file .tar.gz of every website i have on my cpanel account (Screenshot below). Unfortunately i cant access my cpanel anymore and the only thing i have left is that zipped file. Is there any way i can somehow separate each website backup so that i can upload it somewhere else, or any other way i can make this zip file useful? Any help is very appreciated and thanks in advance!

  The file is still able to be restored from and contains all the sites data but you can't break it up into per website files.

  Hi, thank you for the answer. Is there an option to just upload the file and everything will work fine, or is there more work to it?

  Well if you want to only restore one site and the backup has other items then you will need to do it manually with that backup but otherwise yes it should work fine.
