Restore remote backups and cpanel backups

How do I now restore backups that are remotely backups and cpanel backups. It seems this option has now been taken away in WHM. I used to put the backup in the /home directory of the server and then use "Restore a Full Backup/cpmove file" or something like that but that option is no longer there. It looks like you can ONLY restore accounts that are backup on the server it's self which would be useless if the server crashed. Anyway how to restore backups now.

  This was improved in v90 to be integrated with WHM>>Transfers>>Transfer or Restore a cPanel Account. You can read about this interface here: Transfer or Restore a cPanel Account | cPanel & WHM Documentation

  Thanks does this also work for backup files like "account.tar.gz" or is it only for cpanel backups "backup-10.11.2019_10-03-57_accoun.tar.gz" files. ? Thanks
