Exim and IMAP keep failing and restarting

Hello, I keep getting Exim and IMAP errors but not sure why ... I've used Cpanel since 2006 but only as managed services ... this month I decided to try self-managed but these error messages are making thing that was not a smart move :-) .... I'd be grateful for guidance on how to resolve these errors once and for all.
