Is it possible to create a cPanel account just to manage emails?

I have the following need: I need to have a cPanel to manage emails from a domain, but the DNS Zone type A needs to be pointed to another cPanel account on the same server. Thus, the site would be accessed by a cPanel account and e-mails managed in another. All of this for the same domain. Is it possible to do that? If something needs to be changed in WHM, I am the root user.
