How to remove unsecure mail config in cpanel manual setting instruction

Hi, In my server mail clients can only use secure connection. I cut away unsecure connection imap and pop 110 143 but the unsecure connection config instruction is still present in the mail does exist a way to remove this? thanks !! ? love cpanel ? Non-SSL Settings (NOT Recommended).
