Is it possible to import email messages from Moonfruit Litemail?

I currently host a website under a cPanel account but the emails (only one active account) are still managed on Moonfruit Litemail, hosted by names.co.uk. Has anyone successfully exported email messages per address to be imported into cPanel? Thanks.
