Hello, I recently noticed that WHM/CPanel is supporting remote RDS MySQL database instances

  and was wondering how do you do to manage similar instances in VPS or dedicated servers as I am planning to something similar using a Jelastic instance in order to balance load in my CPanel VPS

  I would like to setup a CPanel VPS with a cloud based platform as mentioned here In theory it should work just like Amazon RDS databases instance with the difference that it would be simpler to configure for automatic upsizing and downsizing.
