recover deleted emails

Hi I have a hachling account on hostgator. There was only one email set up "info@mywebsite.com". A couple of days ago I changed the primary domain for mentioned account, unfortunately without thinking about the email account. I eventually set up a new email account "info@newwebsite.com" but apparently I have lost the emails from the old account. Is there a way to recover them?
