    I am sorry to hear you had an issue with it, I am not aware of an issue with the Partner NOC Application form but I did just double-check with one of the Account Managers to be sure. I'll let you know what they report back to me.

    @Eric Stone I just confirmed we haven't heard anything about this and we did receive applications today. Have you tried a different browser by chance?
