New to CPanel, question on LightSail Installation

Hi If I buy Lightsail with CPanel, does it comes with auto installer softwares, mail servers, CDN, Free SSLs etc features on CPanel or I need to manually install everything? I'm trying to transition from a VPS & Reseller account on one of company to LightSail with CPanel. Thanks Thanks Naveen
