when i click Check Email it give me this error: A fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive.   What is the URL you're going to, in order to check mail? (please ensure you remove the domain name from the output) What is noted in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

  Hello, Do you happen to be using CloudFlare? There is a current issue with CloudFlare and webmail we have CPANEL-34275 - Webmail fatal error with Cloudflare in use: Over standard port expect "cpanel." service subdomain open for this along with the following support article

  i am not using cloudflare but i am using other cdn and dns service (arvancloud).

  after disabling cdn its working fine.

  is there any fix without disabling cdn? should i edit /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/WebmailRedirect.pm file and replace cpanel service subdomain with srv1.zacev.tk? will it cause any issues afterwards?

  I had the same issue today, although we are not using cloudflare proxy only DNS.
