Install SSL certificate on Cpanel

I have installed the SSL certificate on Cpanel successfully. Everything was working fine in the beginning, but recently when I access the website, sometimes lose my SSL, I contacted the hosting support and they checked everything was fine. I don't know what the cause is? Do I use SSL for free?
